They sent Malek out the same day and my garage door was working like new. Malek was very pleasant and courteous explaining to me the problem, showed my the part that needed replacing and now I am a very satisfied customer. Fortunately, Malik came to our house late on a Saturday evening and performed a quick repair on the garage track. He even braced the door so that it performs better than it did before—there is no longer any rattling!
